Citizens for Sensible Transportation: No on Measures B, C, and D announced it has filed a complaint with the Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) today against the Yes on Measure B tax campaign for failing to report in-kind donations from the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority to the Yes on B sales tax campaign.
Both Citizens for Sensible Transportation and Santa Clara VTA Riders’ Union (SCVTARU) consider MTC’s award to VTA as nothing less than another sad reminder of how much VTA needs to improve it bus service in Santa Clara County.
With all the exaggerated claims made by Measure B proponents, they have so far provided nothing to back up their promises.
